We do charge for late cancellations (Cancellation Policy) as well as going over our scheduled time.

What is your Cancellation Policy and what does it cover?

We know that life happens and you may need to cancel your visit for one reason or another. Please give us at least 48 hours notice to avoid a late cancellation fee equal to 50% of your visit price (discounts not considered).

If we are unable to enter your home at our scheduled visit time, the late cancellation fee will also apply.
